Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 2 business days notice so we can offer the time to someone else who may be waiting for support.
Cancellations or missed appointments without sufficient notice mean that we are unable to fill the space, which impacts both our clinicians’ time and others in need of care. For this reason, the following fees apply:
Less than 2 full business days’ notice – 50% of the session fee: $125
Less than 1 full business day’s notice or non-attendance – Full session fee: $250
Please note: For Monday appointments, 2 business days’ notice means by the Thursday before.
As part of our booking process, credit card details are securely stored via Halaxy, our practice management system. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, the relevant fee will be automatically charged to the stored card. Halaxy uses bank-grade encryption and privacy safeguards. Learn more about Halaxy’s privacy and security.
