Telehealth provides a convenient and accessible way for clients to engage in therapy when attending in person is not possible. Kensington Psychology Clinic offers Telehealth services via secure, encrypted platforms that uphold client confidentiality and care standards.

Eligibility:
Telehealth is available for most clients, depending on clinical appropriateness. Your psychologist will help determine whether Telehealth is a suitable option for your needs.

Confidentiality and Privacy:
Sessions are conducted in private, secure settings. We ask that clients also ensure their environment is private, safe and free from interruptions.

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection

  • A device with a camera and microphone

  • Access to a quiet, confidential space

Consent and Emergencies:
Clients provide consent to engage in Telehealth services and agree to inform their psychologist of their physical location at the start of each session. Emergency protocols will be discussed if risks arise during a session.
