Oliver’s Approach
Oliver has 16 years of psychological science experience across hospital, private practice, non-for-profit, and educational settings. His foundational therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and he weaves and integrates Jungian-informed concepts and Schema Therapy to support deeper self-understanding and lasting psychological change.
Oliver places a strong emphasis on forging a therapeutic alliance with his patients. By creating a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration, he collaborates with patients to bring unconscious experiences into conscious awareness. This process fosters deeper insight, leading to personal growth and a more fulfilling, authentic, and empowered life.
Oliver is a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor with clinical endorsement and offers supervision to clinicians across different stages of their professional development.
