Grace’s Approach
Grace invites you to be curious - curious about yourself, your inner world, and how you relate to others. Grace’s approach is flexible, warm, and open, acknowledging that is it the utmost privilege to sit with and work with you in some of your hardest, and most rewarding moments.
Grace draws on her experience as an alcohol and drug clinician to drive her passion and belief in the importance of early intervention and positive mentorship in enabling behaviour change. After spending majority of her professional career working with forensic clients in prison, court, and community settings, Grace has spent countless hours with clients watching in real time how early intervention, education, and advocacy can change the trajectory of individual’s lives.
When Grace isn’t sitting with you in session, or facilitating mental health training, you can find her reading, going to gigs, completing sudoku’s, in the pilates studio, tending to her indoor plants, or spending time in nature (don’t worry, she still doom scrolls occasionally).
